STATIC CARAVAN INFORMATION
The site fees are for an 11 month year which runs from February 1st – December 31st. This includes water, rates and VAT.
Electric is additional and can be anything from £5 a quarter to £100 depending on the usage. The average is about £30-£50.
External finance is available for the site fees to be paid over 6 months.
Sub letting of Static Holiday Homes is not permitted, friends and family are welcome to use holiday homes but we do ask that you let us know of their visit.
All holiday homes use 47kg bottled gas. Each van has 2 bottles where when empty, one can be easily switched onto the spare. Gas bottles are currently £92.50*** and can be ordered and delivered on site.
