{"id":26,"date":"2018-06-19T14:09:42","date_gmt":"2018-06-19T14:09:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/riversideinternational.co.uk\/wordpress\/?page_id=26"},"modified":"2022-10-25T14:05:36","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T14:05:36","slug":"seasonal-caravans","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/riversideinternational.co.uk\/wordpress\/?page_id=26","title":{"rendered":"Seasonal Caravans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SEASONAL PITCH INFORMATION<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The site fees are for an 11 month season which runs from February 1st \u2013 December 31st.\u00a0 We also require a one off \u00a350 pitch clearance bond which is returned when you leave the site, as long as the pitch is cleared in its entirety.<\/p>\n<p>Electric is additional and can be anything from \u00a35 a quarter to \u00a3100 depending on the usage.\u00a0 The average is about \u00a330 a quarter.<\/p>\n<p>Awnings are allowed to be left up between March 1<sup>st<\/sup> and November 15<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 If you wish to leave your awning up outside of these dates a further \u00a350 bond &amp; winter awning contract will need to be completed. We will not take any responsibility for damage caused to or by awnings.<\/p>\n<p>External finance is available for the site fees to be paid over a 6 month period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHOOSING A PITCH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We ask that current customers inform us by September 31<sup>st<\/sup> of their intention to stay or not for the following season.\u00a0 From here we usually have a good idea of where the available pitches will be.\u00a0 All pitches are assigned on a first come, first served basis and will only be held with a minimum \u00a3150 deposit.<\/p>\n<p>Once a pitch has been selected we would move your caravan onto the pitch as soon as it is vacated by the current occupier and any pitch repairs are carried out.<\/p>\n<p>For more information please call us on 01874 711320<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SEASONAL PITCH INFORMATION The site fees are for an 11 month season which runs from February 1st \u2013 December 31st.\u00a0 We also require a one off \u00a350 pitch clearance bond which is returned when you leave the site, as long as the pitch is cleared in its entirety.
